We run two seasons during a year timeframe - Fall/Winter & Spring/Summer.

• Fall/Winter: 1st Grade - 8th Grade

• Spring/Summer: 2nd Grade - High School (17U)

We control the gym and court usage at our facility. Once player registrations are complete we look at the numbers and base the practice schedule accordingly.

We’ve partnered with Verti-Go to incorporate groundbreaking athletic training combined with state-of-the-art technology to help your athlete reach their NEXT LEVEL of athletic performance.

The core concepts focus on speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness training + improved knowledge, skills and mindset.

• Agility, coordination, and body control training.

• Speed, change of direction and proper movement techniques.

• Build habits and routines to assist with consistent, sustainable improvement.

• Build mentality needed to get to the NEXT LEVEL!

Tournament schedules are handed out and discussed first at tryouts. Our schedules may fluctuate as we always ensure our teams are entered in skill-appropriate events where we can find success but also be challenged and pushed outside our comfort zone. 80-90% of scheduled events are in the Des Moines Area (Waukee, Grimes, Clive, West Des Moines, Ankeny, etc.)

Fall/Winter: League & Tournament Play (5-7 Tournaments)

Spring/Summer: Tournament Play Only (7-9 Tournaments)

Families will be responsible for travel and other expenses outside of the player’s tuition. When traveling for overnight tournaments, any athlete requiring transportation and/or a room will be required to pay the following, PRIOR TO being eligible to travel:

• $150 transportation and room

• $75 Room only

• $50 Transportation only

Note: For room, we will sleep up to 4 athletes in a room
